Validity
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply from 1 April 2019 and shall replace any earlier published terms.
Terms of delivery
Free from Granberg AB’s warehouse (ex works in accordance with Incoterms 2000). Additional packaging and shipping costs.
The customer may choose to use their own freight contract.
Retention of title
Granberg Interior AB retains its title to goods sold until full payment has been received for them. Should the customer be in arrears with payment, Granberg always reserves the right at any time to revoke the sale and recover the products. This right shall exist for as long as the customer remains in arrears. Until this purchase price is paid in full, the customer shall undertake to take good care of the products, to insure them and not to alter, sell, lend out or, in any other way, dispose of the products without Granberg´s written permission.
Prices
Granberg’s prices are given in euros exclusive of VAT.
Granberg reserves the right to adjust the prices depending on circumstances beyond our control, for example should major fluctuations in exchange rates or raw material prices on the world market give reason for such an increase. Should the customer request a delivery time longer than 6 months, we reserve the right to make price changes.
Payment terms
Payment according to particular written agreements.
Penalty interest shall be payable from the due date according to applicable law.
Any complaints regarding invoices must be made within 7 days of the date of issue of the invoice.
Delay in payment
Should the customer be in arrears with payment more than 30 days after Granberg requested the customer to pay the amount due, then Granberg may revoke the agreement in its entirety by means of a written communication. Should Granberg revoke the agreement, Granberg shall also be entitled to compensation.
Complaints
It is incumbent upon the customer to check goods on arrival for faults or defective shipment. Should the goods be damaged in shipment, the recipient shall report this to the haulier immediately or within 7 days at the latest. Granberg Interior AB shall be notified immediately of all complaints in writing with clear references. Defective and damaged goods shall be returned as such within 7 days of receipt.
Warranties
In accordance with the warranty terms in either ABM 92, NL 01, NLM 02 or Orgalime, the manufacturer shall rectify free of charge all faults which may be attributed to production or material errors should they occur within twenty four (24) months of delivery. For more detailed terms, refer to ABM 92, NL 01, NLM 02 or Orgalime 2000 (depending on which terms are agreed).

Other warranty terms may also apply. See current order confirmation for applicable terms. For the warranty to be valid, checks and maintenance are to be carried out in accordance with the instructions. This warranty does not cover costs for normal maintenance, installations or regular adjustments in accordance with the instructions. Neither are labour costs for such measures covered by the warranty. Damage caused by faulty installation, abuse or incorrect use of equipment shall result in the warranty ceasing to apply.
Before any warranty work commences, Granberg Interior AB must be contacted for instructions and agreement on how the work should be carried out. Granberg Interior AB shall not accept any warranty costs which were not agreed on prior to work commencing. The invoice/order confirmation shall always be to hand during the warranty notification. Do not return parts which have become worn due to normal use or which have been accidentally damaged. Return worn, damaged or unusable parts if the fault is considered to have happened during the warranty commitment. In such a case, return the parts directly after Granberg’s approval. Otherwise, the right to reimbursement may be lost. When returning parts, always state on the consignment the information specified on the machine name plate, i.e. model, production number, year of production and description of the operating conditions for the machine. Do not forget to specify the relevant person’s name, address and telephone number.
Service and repair of products sent to us
If a separate service agreement has not been entered into, service shall be invoiced on account.
Product information
Granberg Interior AB shall bear no liability for any factual or pricing errors arising from typographical errors in the pricelist. We also reserve the right to develop and change products, including alterations to technical data. The current information is specified in the respective order confirmation with the attached documentation.
